Before starting any new campaign or playing with new players, it is important to me to have an understanding of those players' phobias, triggers and things they would rather keep out of their stories!

Here is my own interactive Consent Form I use for my games. I hope you find it useful either in part or just sections of it, whatever works for you.

I will leave this as 'pay what you want' and you can decide how much such a tool is worth to your games.
